Job Description for Administrative Assistant 
Duties/Responsibilities Conduct data entry, review, and maintain files.Assist in the coordinate administrative functions, including personnel, meetings, and clerical dutiesProcessing of sales orders by generate and other related documents Follow up on orders from supplier and liaise with store promoter on delivery and stock status Competitor Research and collect information from promoter or sales personnel Assist superior in implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systemsResponsible for preparation of confidential documents and reportsCoordinate & schedule meetings, prepare & housekeep meeting minutesCoordinate with operations team for daily routines.Maintain & ensure accuracy of inventory for office and warehouse.

 Administrative Assistant Skills/Qualifications Minimum SPM or Diploma in any fields.Minimum 1 year working experiences in administration A team player, ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Chinese will be added advantages Good skills in Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
