Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
Processing of sales orders by generating and issuing invoices.
Verify the accuracy of billing information, including pricing and quantity.
Respond to sales personnel inquiries.
Manage supply chain documentation and support logistics arrangements.
Follow up on orders from suppliers and delivery to customers.
Filing and data entry.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Candidate must have at least an SPM qualification.
At least one year of relevant experience is required.
Required skill(s): Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
Candidate must report to the office daily instead of working from home.
Candidate must be able to work either on every or alternate Saturday.#J-18808-Ljbffr
