Admin Assistant - Urgently HiringAdmin Assistant Job Description:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Assist in document preparation and maintain organized filing systems.
Support the team with data entry and database management.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenses align with forecasts.
Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact.
