What You'll Be Doing:Office Transformation Expert:Guide clients in setting up their office spaces with our premium furniture solutions, from initial consultation to final setup (Don't worry, we'll train you to become an expert!).
Problem-Solving Pro:Provide fast, efficient support to resolve customer inquiries, utilizing your expertise in our CRM system to track issues and follow up diligently.
Opportunity Finder:Spot potential sales opportunities during interactions and work closely with the sales team to offer clients the right solutions.
Relationship Builder:Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the best service experience.
Job RequirementsEducational Background:Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience:At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service, sales support, or account management.
Adaptable & Growth-Focused:A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
