Job Responsibilities: 1. Data Entry and Management: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information. 2. Office Organization: Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).Organize and retrieve documents as needed. 3. Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.Prepare and send out correspondence, memos, and reports. 4. Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings.Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings and equipment setup. 5. Support Tasks: Assist with payroll, invoicing, or other financial documentation.Help with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records. 6. Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.Ensure the office is stocked and organized. 7. General Administrative Support: Assist team members with various tasks and projects.Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned. Skills Required: Strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Good communication skills (written and verbal)Attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks
