KeyResponsibilities: Administration Arrangement of Puspakom check every 6 monthsfor Southern RegionTo maintain and responsibleon renewing of Company certification and licenses for SouthernRegionTo ensure Southern Region officefacilities in order and under timelymaintenanceAccess card management for allstaff in Southern RegionArrangement on officestationery, pantry items purchases and other office relevantitemsTo liaise with Finance & Accountsteam on invoices or billing related office administration and HRfunctionsTo maintain, track and lead in hostelmanagement, uniform, safety shoe foremployees HumanResources To compileand check monthly attendance records, leave, OT Form and any otherdocuments related to payroll and submit toHQ To assist on recruitment process suchas arrangement of interview and properdocumentationsTo check on employee claim andliaise with Finance & Accounts team for paymentarrangementTo ensure all employee data inSouthern Region is up to dateTo assist ontraining & development arrangement for Southern RegionemployeesOthers To assist & participate in anyCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and also otherCompany activities such as sports, recreational, andcommunityTo ensure compliance and adherence tothe Company Safety & Health policiesToperform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may beassigned from time to time as required bysuperiorRequirements: Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management/Business Administration with minimum 1 year of related workingexperienceMicrosoft officeproficiencyMust be able and willing to work inJohor BahruMust have high ethical standardsand integrityAble to communicate with alllevels efficiently Must be able andwilling to travel to HQ (Shah Alam) when required from time totime
