We are seeking a talented and dedicated Admin Cum Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Number One Tailor Malaysia, based in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounting and Administrative operations.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document managementAssisting with the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and other accounting-related tasksLiaising with clients and vendors, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may ariseMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policiesCollaborating with the wider team to streamline processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisationWhat we're looking for Relevant experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in a small to medium-sized businessStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant computer applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachA keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetA team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the organisationWhat we offer
