About the role

MEGA SALUTES SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing Handling a range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document managementProviding accounting support such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reportingAssisting with office management activities like inventory control, procurement, and vendor managementAnswering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, and coordinating meetingsSupporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed What we're looking for Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative/accounting roleExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksStrong numerical and accounting skills with proficiency in using accounting softwareProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a team


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
