Key Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day administrative workPrepare documents (Invoice, Payment Voucher and etc)To ensure the sales report is up-to-dateSupport general office operation and adhoc tasksRequirements: Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration or equivalent.One (1) year of relevant experience.Proficient in English and BM, Mandarin would be added advantagesBasic accounting knowledge.Good organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Familiar with computer applications, ie. MS Office (Excel/Word) and Accounting Software ie. SQL.
