Admin Cum Conveyancing Clerk

answering phone calls, taking messages, photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding documents;monitoring and arranging the firm's mailings, courier and despatch;ushering clients to meeting room and making drinks for clients during meeting;conducting searches and making enquiries with the relevant authorities i.e. land office, banks, CCM, Insolvency, CTOS, LHDNM etc;opening and closing files;taking care of the firm's inventories and equipment i.e. stationeries, photocopier, facsimile machine, internet services, replenishment of foods and drinks at pantry etc;drafting letters and preparing invoices and receipts;assisting lawyers in conveyancing matters i.e. sub-sales, loans, discharge, perfection of transfer and perfection of charge and other conveyancing matters;assisting with the preparation of documents for sale and purchase transactions and loan agreements;liaising with the relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, banks, developers, management officers, land officers, utilities providers;monitoring and following-up closely for work progress for files.
