-Responsible for performing administrative and basic accounting tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization
-Provide support in managing and organizing documents, files, and records.
-Collaborate with the sales team in releasing an accurate invoice, purchase orders, delivery orders, etc.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
-Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the overall efficiency of the organization.
-To organize office maintenance and manage office equipment, tools, stationery, and supplies
-To manage and coordinate all IT-related requirements, ensuring proper licensing of software, usage, controls, and limitations, if required.
-Process monthly payroll, prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions and record team leave
-Liaising with clients on the progress from the beginning of the proposal until the project is confirmed

; Requirements:-
-A Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing is preferred
-2 - 3 years relevant experience
-Must be a Malaysian citizen
-Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
-Resourceful with a positive and problem-solving attitude
-Good organisational and coordination skills
-Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Able to work well under pressure
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
-Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional teamwork
