You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales target.

To be part of a dynamic team and increase the organization's market share by penetrating new markets which may contribute to revenue, sustainability and profitability objectives. To achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. To design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's a strong presence. To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. To be responsible for providing technical support during and after the selling process. To identify the emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. To collaborate with Interdepartmental and discuss closely with all level of people to ensure clients' expectations and objectives are met. To participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. To submit periodic weekly/monthly sales reports and to project forecasted sales as per specifies timeline. To contribute to team efforts and assisting any ad-hoc tasks given as and when required. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present information. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possess own transport and willing to travel Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, - Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master Degree, any field. Able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin dialect would be an additional advantage. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is confident in presentation. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with experience would be advantage.
