Admin Cum Retail Assistant

Job Summary:
• Responsible to provide full support and coordination to assist sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
Responsibilities: Assist team to prepare quotation, PO, invoice, price list, Official receipt and necessary documentation.Responsible to attend to walk in customer by schedule arrangement, spare part ordering and retail sales.Assist in correspondence with customer by email and to follow up and resolve customer complaints.Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely.Update customer on the ETA(estimated time of arrival).Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database system.(Autocount)Ensure prompt follow up to ensure the stock will be delivered to customer on time.In the event not able to fulfil customer requirement on the order or delivery date, contact customer immediately to provide alternative solution.Endure the payment for all orders have been collected according to payment terms.Manage technical team job sheet as well as bill collection.Manage technical team expenses and file accordingly.Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
With knowledge to use AUTOCOUNT have advantage.
