Admin Executive

Small but growing manufacturing and servicing company in Subang Bestari, Shah Alam is looking for admin executive. Monday – Friday, 830am-530pm. Renumeration RM1,800-2,200

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Admin Manager
Assist with scheduling meetings
Assist with accounts (bookkeeping – Assist in preparing quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoicing etc..) - Knowledge of any accounting system is an advantage
Assist with accounts audit
Assist Operations Manager
Coordinate with Technician Team on scheduling & reporting (when they visit customers or go out on field calls)
Filing and recording reports (Excel) & online (Google sheets)
Manage general departmental administrative activities
Handle printing and copying work
Provide support
Handle phone calls and convey important messages on time, every time.
Maintain confidentiality with data of the organization
Provide support to technician team
Assist in handling export shipping arrangement for equipment

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an admin executive position & with some accounting background
· Able to liase with different type of vendor for inventory purchasing
Detail-oriented and capable to prioritize various assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures can be considered as an advantage


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
