Admin Executive - Account & Office OperationAdministrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support):
Prepare and maintain proper accounting documents for bookkeeping.
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently.
Maintain an organized filing system for office documents and records.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Renew business licenses and permits as required.
Ensure timely renewal of road tax, vehicle insurance, and company-related insurance policies.
Maintain up-to-date records of all licenses, certifications, and related documentation.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to other departments.
Take the initiative to suggest and implement improvements in office operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
