RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing and maintain efficient filing systemHandling data entry properly into computer systemEnsure proper upkeep of the invoicing of the business.Organizing and scheduling monthly and annual operation and events.Handling all the management task relatedProviding assistance to marketing team in managing company's media social and event

REQUIREMENT : Advance proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and other common office software.Diploma/Degree holder, FemaleFAST learner, independent, and reliable (can work with minimum supervision)Good time management skill, interpersonal skill, demonstrating a high level of self-discipline.Strong problem solving skill, good in communication and can work in a team.Experience in administrative role atleast 2 years.Good in video editing and creating social media content will be considered as an advantage.
