Details of the offer

Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing. -Process requisitions and update management on status of orders. - Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. - Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. - Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. - Updating all records of purchased products. - Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses. - Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage). - Responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule. - Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.PK FURNITURE SYSTEM SDN BHD was established by a dynamic and aggressive team of professional who share the passion and drive to provide solution to corporate companies and designers who value a conducive, exciting and efficient workplace.
