Job Description: Produce invoices, contracts, treatment cards and all sales related documents on time & accurate via Navision & M4 SystemProduce renewal contracts on time & accurately & follow up the renewal accordinglyFollow up on the outstanding payment & ensure monthly collection target is achievedMaintain good filing system (service report/invoice/contract/petty cash/PO/DO/etc) for both paper or electronic recordsHandling office phone/company phone calls/whatapps/email (Enquiry/complaint/request/feedback) quickly & professionallyEnsure on time and accurate preparation of reports/documents/claim/customer payment to HQ or related department.To update record and ensure that the office stationery, sundries, staffs' requisition are maintained at sufficient levelTo manage Company' vehicle's summons, petrol usage, mileage record, road tax, insurance renewal, Puspakom, maintenance request and report at monthly basis or as per request.Liaises with government sector for company licenses renew application matterTo facilitate any other tasks whenever assigned by managementRequirement: SPM/Diploma/Degree in Administrative/Business Studies/Office Management relatedStrong organization & time management skills with a problem-solving attitudeExperience with office management software like MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Navision SystemGood in written & verbal communication skills with English or/and Malay (added value if able to speak Mandrain/Hokkien)Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workload
