We are looking for a well-organized Admin Executive to provide support to our daily operation.
The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance, as well as the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with team members by managing portfolio schedules within deadline.
-Respond to incoming calls and provide after-sales support when requested.
-Attend customer inquiry via phone call and email.
-Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of the documents preparation.
-Coordinate with team member on filing important documents to local authority.
-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
-Handle the processing of all office supplies orders with accuracy and timeliness.
-Inform relevant parties of unforeseen delays or problems on submission.
-Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels.
-Strong analytical skill and effectively in follow up cases.
-Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
-Ensure the adequacy of related equipment or material.
-Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

-A minimum qualification of SPM / STPM; Diploma in business administration or relevant field.
-An excellent communicator who can handle enquiries or complaints from callers.
-Organized and have keen eye on details.
-Able to think on own feet. Can diffuse difficult situations and make customers or clients feel valued.
-Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, manage self and time well.
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words, in particular).
-Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
