Company Background  We are assisting our client an established steel manufacturer, leveraging advanced technology to support the construction and infrastructure sectors based in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities  To provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters.
To coordinate and interact with HODs on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.
To assist in performing office administration function including sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails and etc.
Assisting in organizing Company's special events or Company's activities and etc.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any fields.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication in English, Malay & Mandarin (position needs to handle Mandarin speaking clients) Meticulous to details.
High integrity and able to work independently.
Must be willing to work physically at Petaling Jaya.
Possess valid driving license and own transport.
