We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide clerical support in our insurance agency. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team in processing insurance documents, handling client queries, and maintaining records.
Prepare, process, and file insurance-related documents, including policy applications, claims, renewals, and etc. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information about policies, claims, and other administrative matters. Assist with tracking and processing insurance claims, following up with clients and insurance providers as needed. Provide clerical office support, including copying & scanning Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:
Malaysian Only Age in between 21 to 40 years old With / Without experience is accepted Need to familiar in Microsoft Office 365 (included PDF editor) Preferable Female Able to communicate and writing in English and added advantage in Mandarin speaking Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Positive attitude and customer service-oriented. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Requirements: A recognized SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification Malaysian Only Age in between 21 to 40 years old Need to familiar in Microsoft Office 365 (included PDF editor) Minor skilful in social media editing (Video and Photo editing) Preferable Female Available to Onboard within 2 months Able to communicate and writing in English and added advantage in Mandarin speaking With / Without experience is accepted Independent, Responsible, Self-Discipline, Committed and Willing to Learn
