Job ResponsibilityThis multifaceted position combines administrative responsibilities with fundamental accounting tasks.Administrative DutiesManage office operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference arrangement.Assist in organizing company events and meetings.Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized.Accounting TasksProcess accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.Reconcile bank statements for all transactions.Assist in payroll processing and employee expenses, reimbursement and etc.Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Record-Keeping And DocumentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and office activities.Organize and file documents, both electronically and physically.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.Communication And CoordinationLiaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers as needed.Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate efficient workflow.Communicate effectively with management regarding administrative and accounting matters.Miscellaneous TasksAssist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to administration and accounting.Job RequirementsWe are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fulfill the role of admin cum account executive at our development company.
