Admin Executive (Logistic & Stock)

Responsibilities: Plan and monitor all stock shipment arrival, logistic arrangement and operation.
Monitor bond status.
Effective communication with related branches / HQ.
Receive invoice and arrange the payment/claim with HQ.
Update and monitor database daily.
Prepare accurate reports for to the management / HQ.
Other administrative works, office stationary purchasing and related ad-hoc as assigned.
Requirements: Proven experience as logistics coordinator will be an advantage.
Familiarity in customer service will be appreciated.
Knowledge of laws, regulations and custom requirements.
Able to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Admin Executive.
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
Own transport to work : Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm & Sat 9am to 1pm
