About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin to join our team at HONG YUN VEGETABLES & FRUITS SDN BHD in Ulu Tiram, Johor. The ideal candidate will support various administrative functions, including order processing or customer service or billing, and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders efficiently.Verify order details and ensure timely fulfillment.Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via whatsapp & Ordering system, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.Billing: Prepare and issue invoices for products and services.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.Assist with financial record keeping and reporting as needed.General Administration: Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.Assist in preparing reports and documents for management.Support office operations by managing supplies and equipment. What we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support or Data Entry & Customer support industryExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & AutoCountStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressureEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlinesExcellent organisational and time management skillsWhat we offer
