Position: Admin
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:



-Use basic Excel and Word tools to filter and manage data.


-Collect required documents on time and verify account data accuracy by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information.


-Input alphanumeric information into accounts via keyboard.


-Maintain data integrity and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.


-Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.


-Follow established data entry and file management procedures and guidelines.


-Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data to the supervisor.

-Must have at least an SPM qualification.


-Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Preferable:



-Must have a good attitude.


-Basic computer knowledge.


-Ability to work independently.


-Own transportation.

Rest Days and Work Location:



-Five working days.


-Rest days: Friday and Saturday or Sunday and Monday.


-Work location: Bukit Jalil.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
