Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs, and more.Organize and manage both physical and digital files and documents.Support company events and activities.Handle work travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals.Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counseling and staff misconduct.Coordinate and track employee overtime hours.Handle various HR-related correspondences and HR administrative matters.Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.Need can speak English,Bahasa Malay,Chinese Mandarin.
