Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and document all related expenses and claims, and coordinate with the finance department.
Manage the data entry into the ESS and ERP System.
Assist in preparing and issuing correspondences related to IERIF.
Prepare periodic management reports as well as assist in the development of IERIF's social media strategy and initiatives.
Serve as liaison officer for the Islamic Economy department with other departments such as Finance, Governance, etc., as well as for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Assist the Director of Islamic Economy, ISRA Research Management Centre in administrative and operational matters for effective delivery of IERIF mandate.
Comply with all relevant INCEIF policies related to research, finance, governance, etc.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Director Islamic Economy, ISRA Research Management Centre.
