Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
Responsibilities:
Prepare documents for local deliveries and import/export
Liaise and coordinate with transporters, shipping agents and freight forwarders on import/export shipments and procedures
Identify and source for best and most cost-effective freight arrangements
Liaise with warehouse on inventory control and movements
Undertake ad hoc assignments from time to time
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in any discipline
Computer literate in Microsoft Office; experience in ERP software will be an added advantage
Possess good inter-personal and communication skills
Team player with strong initiatives, responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Working experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
