Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)
Manage day to day marketing operation of the office
Assist in telemarketing job and introduce company products and services to potential clients.
Organize and maintain files and records
Check and reply to emails
Possess a positive work attitude and be able to perform multi-tasking
Provide general administrative and operational support as required by the Sales Team
Contact customers and promote company products and services, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager
Any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Able to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and good working attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
