Job Title: Admin Marketing Associate (Remote Work/ Work From Home)

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a marketer. The ideal candidate will possess basic Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication abilities to reply to prospect chats, and proficiency in key data analysis. This remote position comes with commission-based incentives and requires regular participation in online meetings.

Responsibilities: Prospect Chat Management:

Respond promptly to prospect chats and inquiries.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
Data Keying and Analysis:

Maintain and update key data using Google Sheets.
Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for marketing strategies.

Online Meeting Participation:
Attend daily online meetings to discuss ongoing projects and strategies.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and share progress updates.

Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Work closely with the the team to execute planned strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

Ad Posting:
Post ads on specific marketing platforms as per the schedule given.
Ensure all ads are posted within the company budget.
Monitor and report on the performance of posted ads.

Commission-Based Sales:
Drive sales and achieve targets to earn commission incentives.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Training will be provided
Able to create marketing content and post ads on social media.
Excellent communication skills for effective prospect chat interactions.
Strong analytical skills for keying and analyzing data.
Ability to attend daily online meetings.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Willingness to undergo training.

Additional Information:
Location: Remote Work/ Work From Home
Training: Initial training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with company processes and tools.

Working Hours: Flexible schedule.

Incentives: Commission-based incentives for achieving sales targets.
