Job Responsibilities:Ensure smooth Customer Service function in accordance with policies and guidelines adopted.
Carry out daily operations smoothly and diligently.
Respond to and resolve defects or complaints raised by customers within the time frames set up, with the assistance of HODs concerned.
Report immediately to HOD on matters arising, whenever necessary.
Always keep HOD informed.
Providing help and advice to customers using your organization's products or services.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
Handling customer complaints such as defects or general complaints.
Job Requirements:• Minimum 1-2 years related working experience
• Minimum diploma in any field or equivalent
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate and have experience in using developer system
• Experience in property environment is an added advantage
