To assist DO on the overall operation administration including terminal, landside and airside pertaining to regulation, compliance and any related procedures.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION
AIRSIDE
To perform regular inspection on runway, taxiway and apron at least 3 times daily to ensure smooth and safe operations of aircraft movement.
To report any irregularities and defects on surface, AGL and other facilities to the relevant units immediately.
To ensure no obstruction to aircraft and vehicle movement on the movement area.
To ensure markings, signs and other related facilities are visible and in good condition at all times.
To ensure surfaces are clean and clear from FOD for the safe operations of aircraft movement.
To ensure runway sweepers are serviceable at all times so that cleaning of surfaces can be carried out when needed.
To report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately.
To carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.
TERMINAL
To ensure highest standards of cleanliness in the terminal building and ensure cleaning contractor follows the contract.
To ensure all facilities/equipment are operational at all times.
To ensure all charges are paid promptly.
To ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of terminal operations.
To receive payment on all security charges example airport passes, escort charge and vehicle/driving permit.
To carry out survey for airport efficiency evaluation.
To report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately.
To carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.
LANDSIDE
To ensure all Landside area (including Airport Access Road) /equipment are operational at all times.
To ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of landside operations.
To monitor landscaping contractor's performance in relation to landside area.
To inspect and enforce cleanliness and orderliness at curbside area.
To inspect and ensure markings, signs and other related facilities are visible and functional at all times.
To report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately i.e. system failure, facilities failure.
Responsible for ensuring that passengers are always in a state of comfort and safety.
SkillsAble to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality.
Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must be computer literate.
Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP.
EducationInternal
SPM with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics.
