Admin Procurement

Overseeing and supervise staff and all activities of the purchasing- Response, evaluate and verify to the requester- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies- Prepare Purchase Order and send copies to supplier- Determine when product are unusable or damaged- Handle deliveries with short or over-ordered, goods not received or damaged products- Managing inventory and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records and comply with company policy- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost- Maintaining and updating supplier information- Track delivery time and report any issues with product delivery- Verify purchased item with Work order- Update stock in and out in the system- Ensure the stock out item to the correct Work Order- Determine if inventory quantities are insufficient.
