Accounts Executive (Full Set) Manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:- Full set of accounts- Updating Invoices in Microsoft excel and UBS- Prepare payment to creditors, loans, Hire purchase (by Cheque and Online Banking)- Updating Bank Statements- Reconciliation bank accounts at the end of month- Computation and submission of Withholding Tax monthly- Record and maintaining Stock values ( Raw materials and Finished goods)- Updating and computing Fixed Assets and depreciation- Calculating Foreign exchange Gain/Loss- Maintaining Hire Purchase Account- Preparing Debit Note and Credit Note- Journal entries, Filing- Updating and reconcile Work in Progress report- Assist Auditor for audit purpose**Requirements**:- LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent- Minimum 2 years experience in full set of accounts- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred- Hands-on knowledge in accounting software- Permanent vacancy in Subang**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience do you have in full set of accounts?
