Admin/Recruitment Consultant (5 days 8.30am-5pm)Job Scope:
Sourcing candidates: Use job portals, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
Screening candidates: Verify credentials and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Matching candidates with jobs: Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
Managing the hiring process: Negotiate job offers and employment terms, manage the application process, edit resumes, and prepare required documents for job applications.
Communicating with candidates: Provide feedback and help them prepare for interviews.
Building relationships: Work closely with clients and candidates to build and maintain relationships.
Advising clients: Provide advice on best practices for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates.
Researching clients: Research client companies and positions to understand what they do.
Advertising vacancies: Advertise company vacancies to attract potential candidates.
Willing to outstation for mass interviews whenever needed (will have extra allowance).
