Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Min. 2 years experience in payroll and account assistant.Prepares payroll reports as well as payroll variance checks and reconciliations.To prepare supplier payments according to the due date.Matching invoice to payment, prepare payment instruments, and obtain all -necessary approvalTo handle any other human resource and administration duties assigned by the superiorLiterate in computer Microsoft & Payroll system.Candidate who fast learner and keen to learn.Able to work extra hours & possess own transport.Preferably female candidates.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
Perform other general admin support tasks.
Undertake Ad Hoc tasks when necessary.
Organize and maintain filing system.
Familiar with word and excel.
Follow up with staff daily task.
Preferable related customer service / telemarketer experience.
Able to communication with customer.
Indoor Sales.
Explain product to end user.
Open D/O and Invoices.
Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents and records.

Location: Bandar Baru Bangi Section 9
Basic : RM2,000 - RM2,500 + EPF + SOCSO + EIS
