Job Description:
Lenovo is looking for a qualified sales graduate to assist in various stages of operations management, including providing technical support to customers, reporting hotline performance, managing open cases, and handling day-to-day operations.
The graduate will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other team members.
This role offers a good platform to harness resilience, build character, and enhance customer service skills.Duties and Responsibilities:IT graduate with hardware knowledge
Handle customer tech issues and resolve them
Identify correct parts if issues cannot be fixed over the phone
Perform end-to-end follow-throughOther Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for open cases
Manage cases in a structured manner
Manage various communication channels to the tech support center and delegate tasks effectively
Analyze customer experience indicatorsGraduate Requirements:
IT, Admin, or Business Major
3.0 GPA or higher
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of MS OfficeBenefits for Graduates:
