Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level/diploma in a relevant field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pleasant personality and presentable appearance
Tasks & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in person or on the phone
Ensure all messages are accurately and promptly relayed to intended recipients
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Ensure that no unauthorized people enter the office
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials
Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone
Maintain proper filing and documentation in a timely manner
Manage general administrative duties or any duties assigned by the immediate superior
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
