We're seeking anAdministration Executivewho will support the regional office by executing various administrative tasks as assigned and as per operating procedures or clearly established processes.
This position will report directly to the Administration Manager, and will be based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day general office administration work, operational, and coordination for the regional office
Coordinate travel and logistics for meetings and/or events, both domestic and international
Receive, classify, consolidate, and/or summarise documents and information
Maintain records of processed documents and files
Make use of relevant systems or software in accordance with detailed instructions and well-established processes
Undertake other assignments and ad-hoc functions assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
Preferably have solid experience and knowledge in administration management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
