Administration Internship (Based in Kulai or Bahru)1.
General Administrative Support:
• Assist in daily office operations, including organizing files, managing documents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office tasks.
• Help maintain office supplies, place orders, and ensure inventory is up-to-date.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle basic inquiries.

Document Management:
• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, presentations, and reports.
• Help organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of confidential information.

Scheduling and Coordination:
• Support in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for office events, training, or meetings as needed.
4.
Data Entry and Reporting:
• Assist in entering data into databases and spreadsheets.
• Help maintain records and generate reports based on department needs.

Communication Support:
• Help draft internal and external communication materials.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth information flow.
6.
Special Projects Support:
• Provide support for special projects and tasks as assigned by the administrative team or managers.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries as needed.
Job Requirements

Educational Background:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Organizational Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Communication Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.

Computer Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office software and basic administrative tools is a plus.
