Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
Job Responsibilities:Business Support: Responsible for a series of local finance-related processing activities such as drafting work orders, reviewing reports, revenue cancellation, and financial statement filing.
Handle the annual financial audit report, tax report submission, and other related tasks.
Responsible for organizing and planning various activities such as regular departmental meetings, training, and team building.
Responsible for the implementation of contract management regulations, managing all local contracts, as well as internal settlement of contracts and processes.
Draft official documents, letters, reports, decision-making records of important meetings, and manage documents and files.
Manage local administrative processing related to changes in directors and the filing of company licenses.
Conduct daily office-related administrative work, including office procurement, inventory of assets, employee insurance, medical examinations, and other matters.
Job Requirements:Familiarity with basic office software.
Knowledge and operation in areas such as finance and administration.
Bilingual skills (Chinese + Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese + English).
Strong communication and presentation skills, organizational and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.
