Administrative Assistant (Engineering)

Documentation Management:
* Ensure all engineering-related documents, technical drawings, and project files are accurately maintained and organized for easy access.
* Monitor version control and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
2.
Project Coordination:
* Assist in tracking project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
3.
Administrative Support:
* Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the engineering team, such as managing correspondence, handling procurement requests, and tracking budgets.
4.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Compile data and create detailed reports for project updates, timelines, and cost analysis.
* Present findings to support decision-making by the engineering leadership.
5.
Vendor and Stakeholder Communication:
* Act as a liaison between the engineering team and external vendors, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
* Maintain professional relationships with contractors and stakeholders to support project needs.
6.
Technical Assistance:
* Support engineers by assisting with basic technical tasks, such as reviewing AutoCAD drawings or maintaining CAD files.
* Provide input on equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, or system updates as needed.Requirements :Fresh graduates from Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies, Business Management or related studies are welcome to apply.
Experienced working as an Administrator in an Engineering Environment will be an additional advantage.
Prefer to have strong administrative and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of engineering principles or prior experience in an engineering environment will be an advantage.
Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Optional: AutoCAD, MS Visio.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Your application will include the following questions:
