Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating efficient workflows? We're looking for anAdmin Assistantto join our growing team and support our operations.
What You'll Do:
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners.
Ensure the office operates smoothly by managing supplies and liaising with service providers.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Help maintain an organized and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
Fluency inMalay, English, and Chinese(written and verbal) is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different languages and cultures.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
