This job is an Administrative Assistant (Internship) position.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare private and confidential presentation material, agenda, memorandum, and meeting minutes.
Maintain documentation, data management, and filing.
Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and other relevant duties as assigned.
Liaise with internal staff, subsidiaries, lawyers, external auditors, and government offices.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Assist the director with tenders and contracts.
Carry out background research and present findings.
Job RequirementsProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Multi-tasking ability and capability to work independently.
Must always present oneself in a manner that enhances the image of the company.
Willingness to learn and ability to learn quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Discretion and trustworthiness; often handling confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
