We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Executive/Executive in Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
Ensure HR and administrative operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and employment act.
Process monthly payroll, staff claims, and overtime calculations accurately and on time.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records accurately, including new hires, training records, project base, and other staff information.
Administer employee benefits, such as medical insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefit programs.
Plan, organize, and coordinate staff engagement activities, including annual dinners, team-building events, and similar initiatives.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
Draft and prepare HR related documents, including employment contracts and official letters.
Assist with training enrollments and handle HRDC grant applications and claims.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
1-2 years of related working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
High level of initiative & able to work independently.
Detail-oriented and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
