**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Assist in daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, processing correspondence, and maintaining an organized filing system.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of office transactions, meetings, and communications to support operational efficiency.
- **Communication:** Act as a liaison between team members, departments, and external partners; respond to inquiries in a professional manner and relay information accurately.
- **Data Management:** Enter and update data in various databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures; generate reports as required.
- **Documentation:** Prepare and proofread documents including reports, presentations, and memos, ensuring quality and adherence to corporate standards.
- **Event Coordination:** Assist in the planning and organization of company events and meetings, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
- **Office Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage office supplies; place orders and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify and recommend ways to improve administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and support team initiatives.
- **Training Support:** Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and assist in the onboarding process for new associates.
- **Professional Development:** Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities, actively participate in training sessions, and apply acquired skills in daily tasks.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role or related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with office management software and communication tools.
- **Motivated & Hardworking:** A self-starter who is able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Critical Thinking:** Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make decisions based on sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- **Teamwork:** Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
