**Job Description:**

As an Administrative Associate at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions within our organization. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as required.
- Assist in managing correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

2. **Project Management:**
- Collaborate with team members in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Help track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure they align with strategic objectives.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations to summarize progress and outcomes.

3. **Strategic Planning:**
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans by conducting research and gathering data.
- Support the analysis of organizational processes and offer suggestions for improvement based on strategic insights.
- Participate in planning sessions and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

4. **Team Collaboration:**

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**

- **Experience:**

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.
