Details of the offer

Job Descriptions To assist the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day delivery operations of the warehouse.
Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations.
Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support wide and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system.
Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately.
To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly.
To perform other duties as and when required for the department.
To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
To motivate & train subordinates.
Requirements Good communication skill and writing skill.
Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software application.
Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure.
Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player.
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics or any related field.
Typically requires 5 years of experience in import/export processes.
