Administrative Clerk

Due to our rapid expansion in the Sarawak region, we are seeking self-starters and detail-oriented Administrative Clerks to support our growing team in Bintulu. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will help shape the future of our company!
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and suppliers.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team as needed.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining databases related to automotive operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide support for special projects and tasks assigned by management.
RequirementsProven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Knowledge of automotive (truck / heavy machinery) industry terminology or processes is a plus.
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are a bonus.
