**Job Summary:**
The Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the daily operational functions of the organization. This position requires a resourceful and reliable individual who possesses strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members as needed.
- Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft and send professional correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and ensure follow-ups on action items.

3. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

4. **Office Coordination:**
- Assist in coordinating office activities and events, including meetings, team outings, and training sessions.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that the workplace is well-stocked and organized.

5. **Project Support:**
- Support project management efforts by helping coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Track project progress and assist with project documentation.

6. **Customer Relations:**
- Provide support to customer inquiries and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Aid in resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating high emotional intelligence in interactions.

7. **Compliance and Procedures:**
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance-related documentation as needed.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
